Payment card details are processed directly by the App Store, Google Play, or our payment processor and are not collected or stored by us.

When you enable location services, we may collect your location to show nearby events, enable location-based features, and tag content with locations. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

• Payment processing

These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. AI Services

Our Coach Kilo feature uses artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic (Claude), and may use other third-party AI services, to generate personalized kettlebell coaching responses and improve the service. Coach Kilo only offers training recommendations — it does not provide medical advice, injury diagnosis, or treatment guidance.

When you use Coach Kilo, the following data may be processed to personalize your coaching experience:

• Your chat messages and questions
• Training history, personal records, and completed activities
• XP level, rank, and progression data
• Active training programs and session logs
• Your country (for localized coaching advice)
• Web search queries performed by Coach Kilo on your behalf

Your Coach Kilo conversations are stored solely to provide a continuous coaching experience — for example, resuming past threads and referencing prior advice. This data is not used to train AI models or for any purpose beyond your in-app experience. All conversation history is permanently deleted when you delete your account.

Anonymized, aggregated data from Coach Kilo interactions may be used to improve our services, including the quality and relevance of coaching responses.

Anthropic processes your data solely to generate coaching responses in accordance with their privacy and usage policies. Coach Kilo may also perform web searches using third-party search providers to answer your questions — search queries may be sent to these providers.

If you provide feedback on Coach Kilo responses (e.g., thumbs up or thumbs down), this feedback is stored to help us improve the coaching experience.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With your consent

• To protect our rights and prevent fraud
• With service providers who assist in operating our Service

Kettlebell XP is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:
